About Stewart Greens

Stewart Greens is located in the Lewis Estates area of west Edmonton. The community is bounded by Stony Plain Road to the north, Webber Greens to the south, Anthony Henday Drive to the east, and Lewis Farms Industrial to the west. Stewart Greens is still in development in alignment with the Neighbourhood Structure Plan approved in 2007. Residential types include single-family, duplex, and row housing and feature a variety of architectural styles. The community has a stormwater pond, a park, and a natural area tree stand, as well as a trail network. To ensure a positive residential experience, Stewart Greens is only accessible by designated roadways in nearby communities, not by the main bounding roads. Several elementary schools are located nearby, as are medical and safety services and a planned religious institution. Residents can also enjoy nearby amenities like Lewis Estates Golf Course, West Edmonton Mall, Terra Losa Shopping Centre, and Mayfield Common. A small amount of commercial office space is planned to provide walkable work opportunities to community residents. Other areas of the city are accessible via Stony Plain Road and Anthony Henday Drive, like the downtown core and the Edmonton International Airport. Transit routes are also planned for the community and will run through the Lewis Farms Transit Centre.
